TDR companies

TDR is a vertically integrated business organization consisting of five companies: Hrvatski duhani d.d., TDR d.o.o., iNovine d.d., Istragrafika d.d. and Rovita d.o.o. Each company has a distinct role in the chain, from tobacco-growing and processing to production, distribution and retail support for tobacco products.

Hrvatski duhani produces, processes and sells tobacco, TDR produces and distributes finished tobacco products, Istragrafika manufactures the packaging, and iNovine is a specialized retail chain. Rovita representatives ensure that TDR products remain well represented in key markets and are tasked with distribution of TDR products as well as communication with buyers and business partners.

All TDR companies are part of Adris grupa.
